1. Acceptance

By using ShootingStat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service description

The platform is a tool for manually logging and tracking basketball shooting (and related stats). It is not an automated video system and not a guarantee of sporting or medical results.

Features may change during the trial (Beta) stage without long prior notice.

3. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account secure.

The coach is responsible for obtaining the necessary consents when entering data for minor players or sharing stats with parents.

Misuse, attempting to breach the service, or entering illegal content is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

The ShootingStat interface, its trademark, and its original content belong to the platform or are licensed to it. They may not be copied or resold without permission.

The shooting data you enter remains linked to your account/team within the limits of the service and permissions.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties as to continuous availability or freedom from errors.

Stats are estimates based on what you log; they are not binding training or medical advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from misuse or a third-party service outage.

7. Termination of use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate the terms or threaten the security of the platform.
